Product Availability & Legal Compliance
Go Green Botanicals sells hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products that comply with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). All products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis and are legal at the federal level.

State-Specific Restrictions: While our hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products are federally compliant, we ship only to U.S. states where hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal under state and local laws. By placing an order, you certify that:

Hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products are legal in your state and locality
You are of legal age (21 years or older, or as required by your state)
You will comply with all applicable laws regarding possession and use

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where we determine shipment may violate state or local laws.

Shipping Policies
We ship to addresses within the continental United States only, with the following exceptions:

Alaska – All THC isomers including THCa, Delta-8, and Delta-9 are classified as controlled substances
Arkansas – THCa, Delta-8, and products exceeding 0.3% total THC are banned; strict enforcement
Colorado – Delta-8 and THCa exceeding 0.3% total THC are classified as controlled substances; isomerization process prohibited
Delaware – All THC isomers including Delta-8, Delta-9, and THCa are classified as Schedule I controlled substances
Hawaii – Edible and inhalable hemp products including Delta-8 and THCa are prohibited
Idaho – All THC-related cannabinoids including THCa, Delta-8, and Delta-9 are illegal; zero-tolerance policy
Indiana – Delta-8 classified as controlled substance; THCa in gray area with potential legal risks
Iowa – THCa, Delta-8, and all THC isomers are classified as controlled substances; strict regulations
Louisiana – Strict regulations on total THC content make THCa and Delta-8 illegal
Minnesota – All forms of THC including THCa and Delta-8 are restricted under total THC laws
Mississippi – Delta-8 and THCa specifically named in banned substances list; only hemp below 0.3% total THC allowed
Montana – THCa and Delta-8 included under marijuana rules with varying enforcement
Nebraska – All THC-containing products including THCa, Delta-8, and CBD with THC are illegal
Nevada – Delta-8 is banned; strict cannabis regulations apply
New York – Delta-8 is banned; strict regulations on hemp-derived cannabinoids
North Dakota – Delta-8 and THC isomers are explicitly banned
Oregon – Delta-8 is banned; state regulates all THC products strictly
Rhode Island – THCa, Delta-8, and all THC isomers classified as Schedule I controlled substances
South Dakota – THCa and Delta-8 banned under total THC rules; strict enforcement
Utah – All hemp-derived THC including THCa and Delta-8 are prohibited under controlled substances laws
Vermont – Delta-8 and synthetically derived cannabinoids are prohibited under hemp rules
Virginia – Highly restricted; only specific medical CBD allowed with legal defense provisions
Washington – Delta-8 classified as Schedule I controlled substance; synthetic cannabinoid production prohibited
West Virginia – THCa is banned due to concerns about psychoactive effects
Wyoming – Delta-8 banned; synthetic substances in hemp products prohibited as of July 2024

Additional Shipping Restrictions:

We do NOT ship to: Military addresses (APO/FPO), U.S. territories, or international destinations
Adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery per carrier requirements
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

Customer Responsibility
By ordering hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products from Go Green Botanicals, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your state and local laws regarding hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products
You will not resell our hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products in violation of any laws
You release Go Green Botanicals from any liability related to the legality of possession or use of hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products in your jurisdiction
Information provided at checkout is accurate and complete
You understand that THCa converts to THC when heated and may produce psychoactive effects

Liability Limitations
Go Green Botanicals shall not be liable for:

Packages containing hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products that are seized, delayed, or rejected by carriers or authorities
Legal consequences resulting from purchase, possession, or use of hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD product use
Claims arising from failure to comply with applicable laws regarding hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products
Effects of THCa conversion to THC through heating or decarboxylation

Order Acceptance
All orders for hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products are subject to acceptance by Go Green Botanicals. We reserve the right to:

Verify information before processing orders for hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products
Request additional documentation or age verification for hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products

Refunds & Returns
Shipping charges for hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products are non-refundable. Returns must comply with our Return Policy (see separate policy). We cannot accept returns of hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or CBD products that have been opened or used.

Changes to Policy
Go Green Botanicals reserves the right to modify this disclaimer regarding hemp-derived THC, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and CBD products at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
